Short stays – one night’s rental deposit to guarantee your reservation

Holidays, weekly & monthly stays - deposit of $300 to guarantee your reservation

Cancellation Policy
Short stays – 72 hrs notice - deposit refunded minus $25 administration fee.
Less than 72 hrs notice - deposit non-refundable.

Holidays, weekly & monthly stays - 30 days notice - deposit refunded minus $25 administration fee. Less than 30 days notice deposit non-refundable.
