Short stays - one night’s rental deposit
to guarantee your reservation.
Holidays, weekly & monthly stays - deposit of $300
to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Short stays - 72 hrs notice - deposit refunded minus
$25 administration fee.
Less than 72 hrs notice - deposit non-refundable.
Holidays, weekly & monthly stays - 30 days notice - deposit
refunded minus $25 administration fee.
Less than 30 days notice deposit non-refundable.
Check In: 3:00 pm or later. If you are
arriving after 8:00 pm please contact the office in advance
to make appropriate arrangements
